We gladly accept returns within 365 days from the point of sale. To request a Return Postage Slip, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number. Alternatively, you can fill in our contact form here.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
Returns will not be accepted if the original plastic packaging is ripped or the swing tag has been cut off.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 365 day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on swimwear/underwear. We also do not accept returns on sale items.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
We offer exchanges if you have purchased the wrong size or have a change of mind. However, the item must be returned to us in it's original condition, as outlined above. If you wish to make an exchange, please send us an email at email@example.com within 365 days from the point of sale. Please be aware that you are liable for all shipping costs on these returns. We place all of our products through stringent fabric testing and quality control. If you do happen to receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly accept returns within a 30 day grace period from the point of sale. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days from the point of sale.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on damaged goods if we deem them to be purposefully damaged in any way.
We offer a size range of four different sizes. Please check your size carefully when making your purchase.
